Privacy Notice

Information you submit

When you use this website, you may voluntarily submit:

• Contact details such as your name, email, and phone number.
• Property information such as address, county, condition, occupancy, and timing.
• Your estimate inputs and any preliminary result.
• Buyer criteria such as markets, property type, budget, strategy, and financing preferences.
• Your requested reply method and any optional SMS or marketing consent.

How your information is hosted and handled

Submitted information is sent through this website's native form system to our customer relationship management (CRM) platform for hosting and communication handling. The website and CRM are operated by cloud hosting and appropriate service providers. We use the information you submit to respond to your requested review or communication and to understand property or buyer opportunities.

What we don't do

We do not sell mobile opt-in data for marketing. We use the reply method and permissions you choose for your request. Unrelated marketing requires separate permission, and you can opt out of text messages by replying STOP.

SMS consent

If you request text replies, you may provide optional, separate SMS consent. That consent is limited to messages about your property request. You can opt out by replying STOP at any time. Consent is not required to see an estimate or request an email review.

Browser session state & address suggestions

This website uses necessary browser session state to function. When you type a property address, an optional address lookup uses OpenStreetMap/Photon geocoding to suggest matching addresses. Typed address queries are sent directly to that geocoding service; no personal contact details are included. We do not store or track property queries beyond your session.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your submitted information by emailing cory@vanyx.co. We do not claim a fixed data retention period beyond what is necessary to respond to your request and meet operational obligations.
